This is to inform you that the identity card issued to Afseena P. P., who was serving as the State Media In-Charge of Manavadhikar Media Cell, has been cancelled.

The identity card was issued with a validity period of one year, which is due to expire on 30 August. Despite repeated instructions to submit a Police Verification/Police Clearance Certificate, the required certificate has not been submitted to date.

Based on information received regarding the non-issuance of the Police Clearance Certificate, the organization has decided to cancel the identity card and withdraw the above-mentioned designation, subject to applicable rules and verification.
